Mood themes?

Go die, mood themes. Go die in a fire. I hate you and your stupid formatting. ROAR.

PLEASE NOTE: My mood link is broken. Becuase the internet hates me.

Heroes....*sigh* I won't go any further than that, because anyone who's seen the finale knows exactly what I mean. So. This is just a promise to finish my Nathan fic, to write what should have happened. In an ideal world, I mean; obviously they wouldn't put Petrellicest on TV.

I prefer to live in my own private world of denial anyway.

Just Like Old Times

  • Mar. 10th, 2009 at 11:35 PM

Title: Just Like Old Times
Rating: PG
Characters:  Molly. Mentions of Mylar (because I'm such a Mylar fangirl!)
Summary: Molly visits her old home in LA.
Warning: Spoilers of seaon one. The Mylar is AU, obviously.
Disclaimer:
I don't own Heroes. Mylar and Petrellicest aren't even blatant canon! Subtext is all very well, but....
A/N: Written based on some recent personal experience. I plugged in some of the details, because not a whole lot is shown on the show.  Feel free to correct me on any glaring mistakes. Also, spelling errors are mine own. :]

Seriously?

I....am a lurker. And I'm ashamed of myself. Granted, I have been brave enough to start reviewing the things I read lately, but STILL.
I need to start writing shit. Instead of reading and storing information like a freaking squirrel. Who am I, Sylar? [Though, wouldn't that be pretty rad? "Hi, I'm Sylar." "WTF, no way!"]
The shame ends now! Or, soon. I'm not going to go on a less-than-sturdy limb and say that it's my New Year's Resolution, because those never work out for anyone me. But it is a personal goal. To be a person, and not a lurker of the night.

Eh heh...

So, fall is on it's merry way, and I'm sitting here like "Woah! Slow down!".
I'm excited for school to start, since high school was my own personal hell and college promises to be far more stimulating, but.... everything's been so stressful. Signing up for classes was easy once I made it past the daft student advisors, true. It's the financial aid forms and payment plans and books and parking passes and student id's....Gah! I'll give public schooling one thing: much easier to handle. Although that's probably due to the fact that I was but a wee little scholar (ha.) who had parents to deal with everything for me.
I just wish that I had some sort of college training class in high school. Or a real life training class. Balancing checkbooks, apartment shopping, insurance; that sort of thing. But all I learned how to do was analyze classic literature and find the square root of x. Yeah, like that's going to pay my tuition.
